She has started and turned around high-tech companies, run a high-tech consultancy and software firm, and worked on Wall Street as a Managing Director. She has a proven track record building outstanding IT organizations capable of delivering large, complex transformational projects, with high levels of customer support, while creating sustainable business advantage
At PepsiCo, Caroline began as CIO for North America supporting both the Beverage and the Food Businesses. In 2007, she was promoted to Global Chief Technology Officer and SVP of Business Information Solutions. In that capacity she was responsible for setting the technology direction for the investments across the entire Information eco-system including data and advanced analytics.
